I recently completed the sale of my house in the Mountaingate community with Theresa’s assistance. The listing process was smooth and we received an offer over asking price within 3 days of the listing. Theresa’s insight as to an appropriate listing price was spot on. Throughout the escrow  period, Theresa maintained constant communication with me and promptly answered all of my questions. She even helped sooth my frayed nerves during this stressful time. Theresa demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and commitment and, without hesitation, I give her and the team at Chase International my highest recommendation.

Theresa was a wonderful agent. She was very helpful in getting the house ready to show despite my living out of town. If I called her she was right there to help with whatever I needed. She marketed our home in a variety of ways and also had many open houses. She is a real worker and I would  highly recommend her for her services.

Theresa was amazing! She got busy as soon as we signed the agreement and pursued a sale on my terms aggressively and quickly. She went above and beyond to help stage the house for sale and got me more than I expected to receive on it. She also worked tirelessly to not only sell the house but  make the move itself as easy as possible for me. She is an absolute wonder! I have worked with several real estate agents on different house sales and all the rest could learn a lot from Theresa! If you have a chance to have her help you, you will be very happy with her! Theresa went way above and beyond reasonable expectations to complete our house sale. There were some unusual complications that she persisted in overcoming to accomplish a sale that made both the buyers and sellers happy.

The home we ended up purchasing was not a smooth purchase because water was discovered in the crawl space by our inspector after we had made an offer. Theresa worked with us through the entire process of solving the water issue and getting the mold removed by a certified company.
